    Rick has been working for Koons for ten years and been in the automotive business since 1977. During that time, Rick mentored and coached hundreds of successful professionals in the automotive business.  Rick and his wife, Dot, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary this year. Together they have two very prolific children and seven wonderful grandchildren. Rick has a small car collection and enjoys shredding the tires early on Sunday mornings. He says, "If you know anyone who is interested in getting into the car biz, please tell them to call me!"  He will tell you his personal story of how the wonderful car business offers outstanding opportunities to those who have the ambition, attitude, and the desire to succeed.

    Todd has held a variety of positions in his 17 years in the automotive business including: Salesman, Dealership Rep (JM&A Group), New Car Manager, Used Car Manager, Internet Manager, Finance Manager. Todd has been at Koons for 8 years. When asked what he loves about his job, Todd says, "Satisfied customers." Todd is married with four children eight grand children (and counting).

    Bob has been the automotive industry for nearly 20 years and with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet for 11 years. Bob has been married to a wonderful woman, Terre, for 29 years. Bob has three wonderful grandchildren.  And he is a Ravens fan!
