Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

This Harbor East Hotel delivers an elegant Easter brunch experience to delight all the senses. While the information for this year’s brunch offerings is forthcoming, a look at a past Easter brunch menu offers plenty of dishes to whet your appetite.

Create a springtime omelet at the omelet station, or help yourself to a hearty stack of pancakes accompanied by sliced fruit, berries, and mini yogurt parfaits. Flavorful salads bring together a bevy of fresh vegetables on the plate. In addition, a regal presentation of roasted Atlantic salmon with parsley pesto and Meyer lemon butter hits all the right flavor notes.

What would brunch at the Four Seasons be without seafood? If last year’s menu is any indication, you can bet there will be plenty of fresh shellfish to savor.

  • Location: 200 International Drive, Baltimore.
  • Telephone: 410-576-5800.

Johnny’s

Johnny’s has been a Maryland seafood restaurant since 2012, calling Baltimore’s Roland Park neighborhood home. The culinary offerings at Johnny’s emphasize regional classics, and they also offer unique interpretations of these culinary standards. Created by acclaimed restaurateurs Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf, Johnny’s serves a diverse clientele with casual dining that makes each guest feel at home.

Johnny’s has traditionally served Easter brunch in past years. As you anticipate this year’s Easter brunch announcement, you can be confident that Johnny’s culinary team will offer creative fare to delight new and familiar guests.

What would dining in Baltimore be without crabs? At Johnny’s, crabs star in the luscious crab bisque. Shrimp ceviche with jicama, cilantro, avocado, and tortilla chips make an excellent snack and sharing option. At the heart of the brunch menu, guests will find a selection of savory and sweet specialties. You can’t go wrong with delicious eggs Benedict, grilled ham, and hollandaise sauce. Johnny’s French toast pairs well with a strawberry vanilla compote and vanilla whipped cream.

If you lean more to the lunch side of the brunch spectrum, you’ll find flavor-packed sandwich options that include the BLT hoagie, a turkey burger, and a Cuban sandwich.

Sunday brunch takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.

  • Location: 4800 Roland Ave., Baltimore.
  • Telephone: 410-773-0777.

Petit Louis Bistro

Petit Louis Bistro, also in Baltimore’s Roland Park neighborhood, offers the allure of dining at a chic French bistro without leaving Charm City. Fresh seasonal and regional ingredients star in carefully prepared dishes that reflect the culinary ingenuity of the bistro’s kitchen team led by Executive Chef Kiko Fejarang.

As you await the unveiling of this year’s Easter brunch menu, you can prepare your palate to sample some of the regular specialties that appear on the Petit Louis brunch menu. Pain Perdu, or French toast, offers a sweet bite amid heartier dishes such as Quiche Lorraine with mesclun greens, Truite Amandine (rainbow trout with almond brown butter), and a foie gras terrine served with a seasonal fruit compote.

Brunch service runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.

  • Location: 4800 Roland Ave., Baltimore.
  • Telephone: 410-366-9393.

Rusty Scupper

The Rusty Scupper’s Sunday brunch buffet is beloved among Baltimoreans, especially when it’s Easter Sunday brunch. While this year’s menu is forthcoming, one look at a typical Sunday brunch menu  leaves much to anticipate.

Various chefs’ special hot selections highlight land and sea specialties, including hand-carved meat, Prince Edward Island mussels, smoked salmon, and chilled steamed shrimp. Made-to-order omelets and a waffle bar are always appealing to guests. Those who adore seafood should explore the offerings from the raw oyster bar. Complimentary mimosas, bellinis, and Champagne provide exquisite beverage touches to the brunch experience.

Brunch costs are $58 per adult guest and $25 for children 10 and younger. Brunch seatings are available from 10:30 a.m. to noon and 1-2:30 p.m.

  • Location: 402 Key Highway, Inner Harbor Marina, Baltimore.
