Meet Our Staff

Tim started with Koons and the automotive business in 2001. He became a Finance Manager in 2005, and transitioned to Sales Manager in 2007, ultimately leading up to his position as General Manager in 2018. His favorite thing about the car business is a busy Saturday! Tim takes pride in being able to assist his team in overcoming the obstacles leading to sales and seeing a customer drive away in their brand new vehicle!

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and two daughters. He enjoys staying active by running, working out at the gym, or playing sports.

Jeff has been with Koons since 2001. Jeff loves playing music, spending time at the beach, and being on the water with his family and friends.

Jerry started working for Koons in 1995. He has held many positions in the company including Sales Consultant, Finance Manager and Sales Manager. Jerry is a proud father of two kids and enjoys fitness and sports. Jerry loves helping clients through the Koons buying experience!

Looking for a career change in 2001, Christian took a chance at car sales on a whim. As it turned out, it was a great decision. Almost 20 years later, and having spent the first half in sales and the rest as the customer relations manager, he found himself as part of a company that he feels is generous and fair to its employees as well as to its customers, with a very top-down family approach from management and an aggressive approach to company growth.

Jennifer has been with Koons since 1990. She started as the Accounts Receivables Clerk for Chevy. She was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Jennifer has one son, two stepchildren, and two very handsome grandsons. She enjoys spending time at her cabin in the mountains. While there, she'll often see black bears. Jennifer's favorite season is winter because she loves snow and ice. She also enjoys being outdoors and hiking with her dog. Her favorite movie is "The Man from Snowy River."

Nick has been with Koons since March of 2018. He has over 10 years experience in the Automotive Service Industry and loves helping clients keep their cars running at peak performance! In his spare time Nick teaches youth LaCrosse and Soccer.

Dan started at Koons in March 1988.

Graham has been with Koons since February of 2013. Graham has an extensive business background and is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the Ravens and Orioles! Graham loves people and loves helping his clients find the right vehicle for them.

Cindy started at Koons in March 1988.

Ryan has been with Koons since 2009. He loves his job and has many repeat customers. Call him anytime!

Brian has been in the automotive industry since 1993 and at Koons since 2004. Brian is a GM Certified Service Advisor and a GM Mark of Excellence Award winner. He strives to deliver exceptional customer service and loves making customers feel like family with every visit. He has 3 amazing kids who truly are his world. When away from work he enjoys fishing, gaming, and Jeepin', especially with his family.

Mark started at Koons in March 1988.

Maria started working in the car business as a temporary job, but ended  up staying in the industry for over 26 years! She has been at Koons now for over 7 years. She loves everything about her job but most of all enjoys the people with whom she interacts with daily. Maria's favorite things to do outside of work are go to the pool, entertain family and friends, and enjoy sunshine, food, and drinks.

Kathy started at Koons in August 1996. She enjoys working with customers and loves how the Parts Department ties in with the other departments. Kathy is happily married with two daughters, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one Yorkie. She and her husband love the Bay and spend as much time as they can on the water.

Preston started working in the auto industry in 2002 and at Koons in 2008.

Amanda has worked for Koons since May 2008.
