First time to be in Koons dealership and got the dream car I want. Nice people and friendly especially the salesman, Lee Deaborn, who assisted us. He was very nice to accommodate us and was well-versed in telling us all the details about the car. I was not planning yet to buy on that day, but he found the brand new car that I was looking for, and the only one available on display.

After agreeing to purchase the vehicle and completing all the necessary paperwork with the salesman, we were left in the dark about what was happening next. It was clear that the salesman lacked concern for the customer and failed to keep us informed throughout the process. We sat there for about an hour, completely unaware of what was going on. The salesman would occasionally return to give a brief update, only to disappear again for 20-30 minutes at a time. I was very disappointed in the salesperson's professionalism.

The car was repaired and less than 48 hrs after getting it back, the repairs failed.

Had a scheduled appointment for 11am; had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. Was told the oil change would cost 79.99, the bill came out to 110.00 and some change. Unacceptable..

I was amazed how fast my service was done. I have made appiontments in the pass for my old car and I waited over 3 hours for an oil charge at another dealer. With you I was in and out.

Their was a scheduling mix up, however they were still able to service my vehicle; my service Advisor Erin is always pleasant, professional, helpful, and keep me informed about the service. The waiting area is always clean, in fact someone came in to wipe down the tables and coffee station, straighten chairs.

Very easy to work with over the phone and via text, as I live roughly 2 hours from the dealership. By far the best prices I found in the region at the time I purchased my new Silverado. When I got to the finance desk, the numbers discussed over the phone aligned perfectly with the numbers discussed over the phone with the sales manager. I did have to correct their original estimate on the sales tax I needed to pay, as I was an out of state buyer and trade in value is deducted from tax paid. I came in with reasonable expectations and ended up with exactly what I wanted little to no hassle. Would definitely recommend and I will likely be back for next vehicle purchase.

A pleasant experience

Our salesman Eric H was amazing!! We weren't exactly sure on which car was going to work for us and Eric provided all 3 different cars for us to look at, test drive, and then parked side by side so we could compare them together and figure out what worked best for us. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about all 3 models and their features, as well as helping set up my wife's phone and Onstar information once the purchase was finalized. Jason the finance agent I believe sat us down and went over all the details of our contract. He thoroughly went thru the warranty and other options we had so that we felt comfortable with understanding what we had purchased and more importantly why. When we finished the deal Eric kindly took us for a tour of the dealership and service department explaining and showing us how the process worked and what to do if we came back for service or any issues. This was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had and I not only highly recommend these 2 gentleman to everyone and anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase but I myself will certainly be a returning customer simply due to the professionalism, knowledge, and respect we received during our experience. I can not express enough the gratitude we have and satisfaction we felt leaving the dealership that day after purchasing our 1st brand new vehicle. He was very communicative about my car and everything that was going on from the issues that were occurring to when parts should arrive to when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. David has very much kept me in the loop the entire time and even went above and beyond to assist me with how I got to work. He’s done an amazing job and honestly has surpassed my expectations for any customer service worker. 5/5 stars for him, I’m truly grateful for David and the work he’s done to ensure that a customer is in the loop the whole time and no gray areas.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change Never again

Everything went pretty smooth but was surprised by the cost. Went in for an oil change and brake replacement and was told the rotors needed to be replaced also. Vehicle has only been serviced by Koons and I have asked at least twice to have the brakes inspected prior to this appointment and was told everything was fine.

Sidney Brooks was wonderful to deal with. He knew what vehicle we were searching for and let us know that one was expected in. He kept us informed and set aside an appointment time to see and complete the deal quickly.

Christopher Szumlanski was extremely helpful. He kept me informed of the progress of fixing the issue with my Blazer. Extended a loaner car to me for the weekend when my vehicle would not be ready by Friday afternoon. Another time where Koons has gone above & beyond to help me.

quicker than expected

Lacie was an incredible salesperson to work with. My request was not an easy one. Between having negative to roll over into a new purchase, having a budget I needed to stick with, and only being able to communicate via email for most of the deal, Lacie never faultered from providing the best customer service. She even took a custom video of the truck I was looking to purchase because there were no pictures online and I live about two hours away from the dealership. The dealership itself was very impressive, stuck by their word with no hidden fees or false promises, and gave me the most for my trade in, even when it was sight unseen, and honored that offer once I was ale to make it into the dealership. Overall I could not have asked for a easier or better car buying experience. I will be coming back to Lacie and Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh when its time to upgrade my wife's car.

I'm a little confused. I bring my Camaro in for its service due to mileage or time. Twice now I have been told that even though the time is approaching, I had enough oil life left before a change is due. So, what do I go by, the mileage or the time on the sticker in my window or oil life? And I was told I only have limited services available although I purchased all my scheduled services for the life of my loan on my vehicle.

Got to the dealership and they knew we were coming, the deal was already done. Just fill out credit info, sign paperwork and go. Didn’t leave there til about 5:30pm finally with the car.

Everyone was so friendly. The only problem I had was I got left in the waiting room over two hours and took an Uber home.

Brought my car in for an exhaust leak with no sound, no engine light on, no smell. To get my car back with another leak and to have an engine light on, sounded like a go kart and smelt awful. I have 2 kids, they should not ride in a car we got back that had issues wrong with it. Very unhappy. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated.

I always have nothing but good things to say about my experience but this time it was a little disappointing. My vehicle took longer than expected to be serviced. I brought it in Monday morning and didn’t receive it back until Wednesday afternoon. I understand delays happen in due to when parts arrive. But I think there needs to be better communication regarding those delays. Also I am supposed to receive a credit due to the coupon I presented not being used. I am still waiting on my confirmation that that credit is applied to my account.

Put the wrong tire on Friday said they would order the right one haven’t heard from her since. Also had one sensor bad Friday when I took it in now none of them work

I provided an $80 dollar coupon for my oil change. I also had my tires rotated. This service totaled $160. I had no idea i would be charged this much. I have never paid this much for this service. The customer service was great but there's a disconnect in the charges.

This had been one of the most streamlined car buying experience I’ve had thanks to Qamar. From finding the vehicle online to the final signing was easy and stress free. I was originally recommended to Koons by a friend and purchased my vehicle there, but my experience with their service department—particularly with my assigned advisor—has been consistently frustrating. Most recently, I came in for what I believed was my final covered oil change, and I was informed I’d be charged $46 for a tire rotation, which I was fine with. However, during the visit, I mentioned a separate oil leak concern and was told diagnostics would take significantly longer than the oil change and could cost $200. I made it clear that I had a tight schedule and would need to return for the diagnostic at a later time. Despite this, my advisor—who was visibly distracted and split his attention between me and another customer—apparently went ahead with the diagnostic without my consent. I only realized it when he handed me a printed report. When I went to check out, I was shocked to see the full diagnostic fee added to my bill. I had to push back to have the charge removed, which should never have been necessary given I explicitly said I would return for that service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this advisor. His attitude has consistently made my service experiences unpleasant. What’s more, the pricing is outrageous. I was quoted nearly $6,000 for repairs—$3,000 of which was for a repair that typically runs $1,200–$1,500 based on my make and model. Now that my service plan is up, I will not be returning to Koons. Between the lack of professionalism, inflated prices, and poor customer experience, I cannot in good faith recommend their service department.

Monty was A-MAZING from the beginning to the very end. I knew what I wanted but I also knew I needed the right salesperson to make my experience not only great but amazing. I had gone to another Chevrolet dealership to look at the same vehicle that I ended up purchasing but they did not understand that I needed my vehicle to be take home ready. Monty understood this and made it happen. He didn’t just stop once he had the deal he made for sure that I was placed with the appropriate finance representative as well: I have never had a car buying experience like the exceptional one that was had on Wednesday, April 16th. Everyone should experience it. Way to go Monty and Andrew.

They have even followed up with me a few days after buying the car to make sure I was happy and quickly answered my questions. Certainly one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences I have ever had. I had no intention of buying a Chevrolet on the list of cars I was interested in. However, we stopped by the dealership just to cross it off and was met with an awesome salesman. Manny allowed me to look at the vehicles alone but was available for questioning. I never felt pressured once. A few nights we went back to look at a Chevrolet because I appreciated the interaction with the sales person. There was a misunderstanding with another sales person, Monty, and even though I didn't come across the way I wanted to, he was still accommodating to me. The interaction with everyone is what made me decided to buy a Chevrolet. Everyone, including John (gentleman at front desk), Scott (financing) and a floor manager, who's name I did not get just had overall excellent customer service and made the car buying process easy but more importantly fun. I left there feeling like we were all friends.

During my experience at this dealership, I've encountered some challenges with multiple vehicles, including a 2017 Nissan Titan and a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali. With the Titan, there was an incident where my rear right rim was damaged during a test drive while the vehicle was in for repairs. Unfortunately, this issue was not addressed or repaired by the dealership. Similarly, when I brought my Sierra Denali in for service, I noticed scratching on the vehicle that appeared to have occurred while it was in the repair shop, along with damage to the tint on my front windshield. I believe these issues could be improved with better communication and attention to detail from the dealership. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the customer experience and ensure that vehicles leave the shop in top condition. For some people, the amount of money being spent on these vehicles is substantial.

Service department person David needs to work on his communication skills when speaking to customers. Also David needs to check the work being done to a vehicle before he calls the customer to pick it up. The work done to my vehicle was unsatisfactory and if my service advisor would checked the work being done I wouldn’t had to waste a trip coming to your dealership. It was a big inconvenience for me to drive from Prince George’s Country Maryland to White Marsh.

I went and got the 2025 traverse, and two days after. I had to take it to get it service. NOW I have to wait five days to get it fix. NOW I really don't want the traverse. Now I am worried about it, breaking down again. They haven't even offer anything for the inconvenience that i'm going through now. It's crazy how a person buy a new vehicle, and it breaks down two days later.

She was extremely polite and attentive to what I needed done with my son’s new Trax. I had a few questions which were answered promptly and correctly. Communication with Erin was awesome. One of the questions I had not only did she answer it, she provided a bulletin with more information about my question. I couldn’t be happier with the service Erin provided me.

My salesperson, Buddy Price, worked hard to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted. It was a process with how popular it is but we kept at it. He was able to find one in Pennsylvania and, along with other dealership personnel, arranged to have the vehicle transferred to the dealership and made it less stressful on me. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was more than pleasant to deal with the entire time. I actually felt a little bad with how much work he ended up putting into this deal. I walked in with only finance paperwork to sign/finish. Buddy was ready for me with the vehicle already detailed and ready for me to take home. They walked me through the price they would give me for my trade, with reasoning, and were quick and easy to deal with. The entire process wasn't quick BUT that wasn't his fault as these vehicles are in demand. I would most definitely recommend him to someone looking to buy a new Chevy.

I originally had an appointment for 6/11/25, but I could not wait for fear of additional damage to my vehicle. I took my car in, and the staff was very helpful from my first call to when I arrived. Even though I was told they were booked, and it wouldn't be until the next day that work could start, they managed to service my vehicle the same day, made recommendations and took the time to explain additional services needed. Staff was very friendly. This was my first time at this dealership, but it will not be my last.

Excellent salesperson, financial, installations. Only problem was when I arrive home w new car noticed Koons placed a decal (Koons) on my car. I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THAT. Can't easily remove the decal. If they wanted to place it, they should have asked. DISRESPECTFUL.

The sales representative that I had that sold me my truck is the best I have ever dealt with since I’ve been buying vehicles and returning to your to your lot and needing help setting up some of the equipment, he took his time to do this for me and offered to do it anytime I needed help.

The service team went above and beyond. The part arrived on Friday afternoon and the truck was ready Saturday afternoon.

MY appointment was for 8.00 am for oil change and tire rotation I asked them to check my tires and give me a price on tires.3 hours later, I went to see if my car was done. Nobody bothered to come out and let me know my car was done. I asked the service person about tires because no one came to talk to me in those 3 hours. I thought I expressed my concern about the tires, and I was hoping to get a price for 4 tires and get them put on that day. I ended up going somewhere else and bought 4 tires for over $800 dollars. Your service department definitely dropped the ball on this possible sale! I'm usually very satisfied with your service. NOT THIS TIME!

Took thirty minutes to drop off my truck got service. Then took 7hours for an oil change when I had an appointment for 9:30am. Then was over charged and still have not been refunded yet.

The Service Advisor kept me informed of what was happening and we discussed recommendations. The car was completed as expected. I really like the new communication system that has been implemented. All of the invoice items and recommendation are listed with pricing. The ability to accept or defer the recommended service is a nice feature.

Courtney did a great job in quickly getting me a technician to fix my car radio that went into "lock" mode. I thought all I needed was a code to unlock my car radio, but I was told the car had to be scanned and reprogrammed in order to get the car radio unlocked. The technician was very nice and professional. I left Koons very happy knowing that my radio was unlocked and back up and running. I must say that this was my first time experiencing this after jumpstarting my car due to my battery going dead after forgetting to turn off my hazard lights. However, I found this strange as my car battery had gone dead couple of times before due to me forgetting to turn off my hazard lights. After a jumpstart, my car comes back to life and everything would work. But this time, when I jumpstarted my car, my car radio locked out on me. I don't want to believe radios go into anti- theft mode. This was my first time seeing this. I did some research and found out that all I needed was a code from the dealership from "GM" but I thought Koons Chevrolet, the dealership where I purchased my vehicle brand new would have the code and just provide it to me. Anyway, Courtney in the service department quickly had the service tech put my car on the scanner and got it re-programmed and now my car radio works perfectly. I believe in customer satisfaction and Courtney exercised just that. THANK YOU, COURTNEY! I left Koons feeling very excited and pleased when Courtney came in and said, "you are all set". I must admit, KOONS Cheverolet have the best Team. Keep up the good work!!!

I came in for a oil change and tire rotation and was told a 2-3 hour wait so I decided to wait at the dealership.The service took a little longer than expected but i was kept informed and received a gas fill-up for the delay. Overall I was pleased with the service and will continue to have my truck serviced at Koon’s

It was almost 2 hours to get an oil change. Everytime I go for an oil change it is always a different price. I get the same thing every time. But the price fluctuates. Most of the time it is higher than before.

Came in for a check engine light and a dent on rear door. Brian told us about the On site Dent vendor and recommended that we use this service. This vendor did a great job removing the dent and scratches in the passenger side rear door. Also he was very reasonable in his price which was a surprise these days. We needed our truck back in one day due to our 4th of July travel plans. Brian and his staff did a great job on the Check engine light and the dent so that we got our truck back to us the same day. I highly recommend the Dent vendor and I always recommend Brian when someone needs service at Koon's. He is always very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Mac Hiatt is the young man who sold my wife and I a new vehicle. Mac is very professional, energetic, and is fully capable to deal with our Country’s older generation.

The experience was not a pleasant one at all. I spent over 5 hrs at the dealership on my scheduled appt day and was unable to take my car home that day. My scheduled advisor’s customer service was unacceptable and I felt extremely unwelcome. I could have been told a lot earlier that they were waiting for parts that would take at least a day to come. I will be taking my business else after being a customer there since 2018. And I still don’t feel like the issue with my car shaking was completely fixed.

Experience is great but the onsite wait time for an oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection I feel should not take 4 hours.

When I’m looking for a new vehicle I shop at Koon’s Chevrolet, and my Salesman is always Eric King. Eric knows what options I like and what deal is the one I would choose. My 2025 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss is very nice and of course Eric told me it’s the one I want and he is always right. I didn’t even have to test drive the 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ or the 2025 Trail Boss Eric picked for me. I saw the vehicle and I made the deal, I like it that way!

Did not fix my problem said it was working so for 2 years it must not have been working right and still have same problem shuttering engine and transmission still bangs when shifting no code found onstar found code p31c3 they said it was not there

Service is always good. Service time was really good this time. My only complaint is that services are recommended that I've already had performed at this service department and it diminishes trust. I understand a new system is in transition however, this is not the first time this has happened. If I didn't remember, the agents would not have checked prior to recommendation. I'm not certain why the techs are recommending services that are really not needed.

They helped fixed the recall transmission i got mail for but they didn't fix the other issues i had. I was told to wait an extra day for service repair because the center caps i needed for my car had to be ordered in. The day of repair i reminded them in the office about what was needed plus seeing if they could help remove 2 plastic wheel covers, they had the information noted. I didn't end up getting my car for about 8-10 hours to find out only the recall got fixed, the center caps were never put on and the plastic wheel covers weren't removed as well. I also didnt get a receipt or paperwork to show all the things that were fixed. Customer service was good just some stuff was handled on my car.

Chris was excellent in handling my service request. The service was fine. The issues became present when I got to my vehicle. The driver's seat was fully reclined. 4 different air pressures in my tires and displayed on the dash AND something had been placed in the squirrel cage, making a loud noise (which went away by the next day. After finding these items, I have doubts about whether or not my service was completed or not. I notified Chris, who said he would relay that to management. I have not heard anything from management to date. After having my service completed here for the past 3 years, I have doubts about the future of continuing.
