After agreeing to purchase the vehicle and completing all the necessary paperwork with the salesman, we were left in the dark about what was happening next. It was clear that the salesman lacked concern for the customer and failed to keep us informed throughout the process. We sat there for about an hour, completely unaware of what was going on. The salesman would occasionally return to give a brief update, only to disappear again for 20-30 minutes at a time. I was very disappointed in the salesperson's professionalism.

Very easy to work with over the phone and via text, as I live roughly 2 hours from the dealership. By far the best prices I found in the region at the time I purchased my new Silverado. When I got to the finance desk, the numbers discussed over the phone aligned perfectly with the numbers discussed over the phone with the sales manager. I did have to correct their original estimate on the sales tax I needed to pay, as I was an out of state buyer and trade in value is deducted from tax paid. I came in with reasonable expectations and ended up with exactly what I wanted little to no hassle. Would definitely recommend and I will likely be back for next vehicle purchase.

We weren't exactly sure on which car was going to work for us and Eric provided all 3 different cars for us to look at, test drive, and then parked side by side so we could compare them together and figure out what worked best for us. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about all 3 models and their features, as well as helping set up my wife's phone and Onstar information once the purchase was finalized. Jason the finance agent I believe sat us down and went over all the details of our contract. He thoroughly went thru the warranty and other options we had so that we felt comfortable with understanding what we had purchased and more importantly why. When we finished the deal Eric kindly took us for a tour of the dealership and service department explaining and showing us how the process worked and what to do if we came back for service or any issues. This was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had and I not only highly recommend these 2 gentleman to everyone and anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase but I myself will certainly be a returning customer simply due to the professionalism, knowledge, and respect we received during our experience. I can not express enough the gratitude we have and satisfaction we felt leaving the dealership that day after purchasing our 1st brand new vehicle. Everything went pretty smooth but was surprised by the cost. Went in for an oil change and brake replacement and was told the rotors needed to be replaced also. Vehicle has only been serviced by Koons and I have asked at least twice to have the brakes inspected prior to this appointment and was told everything was fine.

Lacie was an incredible salesperson to work with. My request was not an easy one. Between having negative to roll over into a new purchase, having a budget I needed to stick with, and only being able to communicate via email for most of the deal, Lacie never faultered from providing the best customer service. She even took a custom video of the truck I was looking to purchase because there were no pictures online and I live about two hours away from the dealership. The dealership itself was very impressive, stuck by their word with no hidden fees or false promises, and gave me the most for my trade in, even when it was sight unseen, and honored that offer once I was ale to make it into the dealership. Overall I could not have asked for a easier or better car buying experience. I will be coming back to Lacie and Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh when its time to upgrade my wife's car.

I'm a little confused. I bring my Camaro in for its service due to mileage or time. Twice now I have been told that even though the time is approaching, I had enough oil life left before a change is due. So, what do I go by, the mileage or the time on the sticker in my window or oil life? And I was told I only have limited services available although I purchased all my scheduled services for the life of my loan on my vehicle.

I always have nothing but good things to say about my experience but this time it was a little disappointing. My vehicle took longer than expected to be serviced. I brought it in Monday morning and didn’t receive it back until Wednesday afternoon. I understand delays happen in due to when parts arrive. But I think there needs to be better communication regarding those delays. Also I am supposed to receive a credit due to the coupon I presented not being used. I am still waiting on my confirmation that that credit is applied to my account.

I was originally recommended to Koons by a friend and purchased my vehicle there, but my experience with their service department—particularly with my assigned advisor—has been consistently frustrating. Most recently, I came in for what I believed was my final covered oil change, and I was informed I’d be charged $46 for a tire rotation, which I was fine with. However, during the visit, I mentioned a separate oil leak concern and was told diagnostics would take significantly longer than the oil change and could cost $200. I made it clear that I had a tight schedule and would need to return for the diagnostic at a later time. Despite this, my advisor—who was visibly distracted and split his attention between me and another customer—apparently went ahead with the diagnostic without my consent. I only realized it when he handed me a printed report. When I went to check out, I was shocked to see the full diagnostic fee added to my bill. I had to push back to have the charge removed, which should never have been necessary given I explicitly said I would return for that service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this advisor. His attitude has consistently made my service experiences unpleasant. What’s more, the pricing is outrageous. I was quoted nearly $6,000 for repairs—$3,000 of which was for a repair that typically runs $1,200–$1,500 based on my make and model. Now that my service plan is up, I will not be returning to Koons. Between the lack of professionalism, inflated prices, and poor customer experience, I cannot in good faith recommend their service department.

I had no intention of buying a Chevrolet on the list of cars I was interested in. However, we stopped by the dealership just to cross it off and was met with an awesome salesman. A few nights we went back to look at a Chevrolet because I appreciated the interaction with the sales person. There was a misunderstanding with another sales person, Monty, and even though I didn't come across the way I wanted to, he was still accommodating to me. During my experience at this dealership, I've encountered some challenges with multiple vehicles, including a 2017 Nissan Titan and a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali. With the Titan, there was an incident where my rear right rim was damaged during a test drive while the vehicle was in for repairs. Unfortunately, this issue was not addressed or repaired by the dealership. Similarly, when I brought my Sierra Denali in for service, I noticed scratching on the vehicle that appeared to have occurred while it was in the repair shop, along with damage to the tint on my front windshield. I believe these issues could be improved with better communication and attention to detail from the dealership. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the customer experience and ensure that vehicles leave the shop in top condition. For some people, the amount of money being spent on these vehicles is substantial.

Service department person David needs to work on his communication skills when speaking to customers. Also David needs to check the work being done to a vehicle before he calls the customer to pick it up. My salesperson, Buddy Price, worked hard to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted. It was a process with how popular it is but we kept at it. He was able to find one in Pennsylvania and, along with other dealership personnel, arranged to have the vehicle transferred to the dealership and made it less stressful on me. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was more than pleasant to deal with the entire time. I actually felt a little bad with how much work he ended up putting into this deal. I walked in with only finance paperwork to sign/finish. Buddy was ready for me with the vehicle already detailed and ready for me to take home. They walked me through the price they would give me for my trade, with reasoning, and were quick and easy to deal with. The entire process wasn't quick BUT that wasn't his fault as these vehicles are in demand. I would most definitely recommend him to someone looking to buy a new Chevy.

Courtney did a great job in quickly getting me a technician to fix my car radio that went into "lock" mode. I thought all I needed was a code to unlock my car radio, but I was told the car had to be scanned and reprogrammed in order to get the car radio unlocked. The technician was very nice and professional. I left Koons very happy knowing that my radio was unlocked and back up and running. I must say that this was my first time experiencing this after jumpstarting my car due to my battery going dead after forgetting to turn off my hazard lights. However, I found this strange as my car battery had gone dead couple of times before due to me forgetting to turn off my hazard lights. After a jumpstart, my car comes back to life and everything would work. But this time, when I jumpstarted my car, my car radio locked out on me. I don't want to believe radios go into anti- theft mode. This was my first time seeing this. I did some research and found out that all I needed was a code from the dealership from "GM" but I thought Koons Chevrolet, the dealership where I purchased my vehicle brand new would have the code and just provide it to me. Anyway, Courtney in the service department quickly had the service tech put my car on the scanner and got it re-programmed and now my car radio works perfectly. I believe in customer satisfaction and Courtney exercised just that. THANK YOU, COURTNEY! I left Koons feeling very excited and pleased when Courtney came in and said, "you are all set". I must admit, KOONS Cheverolet have the best Team. Keep up the good work!!!

This vendor did a great job removing the dent and scratches in the passenger side rear door. Also he was very reasonable in his price which was a surprise these days. We needed our truck back in one day due to our 4th of July travel plans. Brian and his staff did a great job on the Check engine light and the dent so that we got our truck back to us the same day. I highly recommend the Dent vendor and I always recommend Brian when someone needs service at Koon's. He is always very helpful and very knowledgeable.

The experience was not a pleasant one at all. I spent over 5 hrs at the dealership on my scheduled appt day and was unable to take my car home that day. They helped fixed the recall transmission i got mail for but they didn't fix the other issues i had. I was told to wait an extra day for service repair because the center caps i needed for my car had to be ordered in. The day of repair i reminded them in the office about what was needed plus seeing if they could help remove 2 plastic wheel covers, they had the information noted. I didn't end up getting my car for about 8-10 hours to find out only the recall got fixed, the center caps were never put on and the plastic wheel covers weren't removed as well. I also didnt get a receipt or paperwork to show all the things that were fixed. Customer service was good just some stuff was handled on my car.

Chris was excellent in handling my service request. The service was fine. The issues became present when I got to my vehicle. The driver's seat was fully reclined. 4 different air pressures in my tires and displayed on the dash AND something had been placed in the squirrel cage, making a loud noise (which went away by the next day. After finding these items, I have doubts about whether or not my service was completed or not. I notified Chris, who said he would relay that to management. I have not heard anything from management to date. After having my service completed here for the past 3 years, I have doubts about the future of continuing.

Everything was fine except your prices are way to high, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had a coupon for $84 with tire rotation and replace 6 lug nuts and end up paying $250. I have been coming to the Service department for over 20 years at Koons, that was outrageous pricing. Lug nuts were $12 a piece. That’s too expensive for tire lug nuts.

My experience with Koons Whitemarsh was truly memorable, as I had the joy of purchasing my daughter's first car there. As someone not very familiar with the differences between demo and new vehicles, or the specifics of warranties, I wish I had taken more time to better understand the process before making the purchase. While the sales team was professional and knowledgeable, I noticed that several aspects of the experience could benefit from better coordination to make things more seamless. For instance, when vehicles are sent for detailing, I believe they should be handled by professionals who can properly wax and address visible imperfections such as scratches and dents. Unfortunately, purchasing the vehicle at night prevented me from spotting some of these issues myself. However, I would expect that trained professionals would have noticed and addressed them beforehand. The salesperson I worked with stood out for his professionalism and thorough knowledge of the vehicle. He even took the extra step of ensuring the cabin filter was replaced after I mentioned a faint cigarette odor after turning on the a/c. The smell disappeared when I used the a/c again, and I left feeling satisfied and well cared for. I only wish that the same level of attention and care had been consistent across the entire team. I remain hopeful that Koons Whitemarsh will honor its commitment to service and assist with removing the dent on my vehicle once my daughter returns from college. Thank you again for helping us mark such a special milestone.

Got the car I wanted, but the dealership is very unorganized and doesn't listen. On top of it all, they delivered a damaged vehicle so I had to make another trip back to the dealership with less than 100 miles for them to fix. Not something that should happen with a new car. When I was coming to complete the transaction, my sales rep knew what time I was coming in on a Thursday. Never mentioned that there is no finance manager on duty at that hour (7pm) so it was a complete waste of time once i got there. had to come back the next day due to them being unorganized and waste more time. Called the Sales Manager and never received a call back. VERY Unprofessional, but seems like the communication method at this establishment. Only person that had decency and talked to us was Denny in Service

My experience is always fine. However, I question the quality of the parts that are used for certain services. It was suggested that I replace my wiper blades. However, I had them replaced, by your service department on my previous visit. They are terrible. Once they saw that they were replaced earlier this year, it was removed as a suggestion. I asked for replacements, at No Charge to me. I was told that those parts are not guaranteed. I paid a lot of money for terrible wipers that I will now have to replace myself.

There was an intense lack of communication and updates throughout the process of waiting for my vehicle for over 2 weeks. I had to call to receive an update. The prices for the quoted service were overpriced as compared to OEM parts directly from GM Autoparts. The dealership appears to be tampering with components to ensure the client returns for additional services that were not previously mentioned during the last service.

I can in for my appointment one hour early, and waited a hour and half to be told tech took my vehicle apart, and went to get the parts, and the part was not in. We how would you feel on this. I sure hope when it comes in I get a faster service and a big discount on installation.or evern free installation because of Koons mess up. I took time off of my job and will have to again.

Chris, the service coordinator was nice though when my car was ready, all I got was a text message that my car was ready and then it took hours for someone to call and discuss what they found wrong with it. I also had an issue with the loaner vehicle and the place they use if they do not have one to loan at the dealership. They use Hertz and it was not nearby, it was 15-20 minutes down the road and it was not in a nice or safe neighborhood, and they had no vehicles available for hours. I did call back and Chris had a loaner 'just show up 5 minutes ago' and we were brought back to the dealership and loaned that vehicle. The vehicle I just bought in September 2025, a 2026, has been in the shop twice already and they are giving me a hard time about wanting to trade it in.

The service rep was very attentive to what I brought my vehicle in for. She advised me it would take about 90 minutes and they pretty well kept it to that time frame. She answered any questions I may have had and informed me when everything was complete. They were nice enough to bring my car back inside so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain.

Took a bit longer than anticipated and part for rear suspension issue was not available. Joshua Chernault was able to work to get front wheel part from another dealer so we could address more pressing repair prior to my son leaving for college. Really appreciate the effort. Joshua worked with me on coupons to bring price down for us. I still feel pricing is higher at dealership than aftermarket site, but that does not reflect on the service review, which was great.
