Fogo de Choa is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that is well-known for its exceptional service, unparalleled cuisine, and dining experiences extraordinaire. The founders of this authentic steakhouse grew up on a traditional southern Brazilian farm in the Serra Gaucha. Here, they learned how to cook in the grilling tradition of the churrasco and transported that same passion for Brazilian cuisine to Maryland.
